The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), A non-profit organization was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently over 11,000 members and more than 2,500 charter members in 53 chapters across 12 countries.TiE Hubli is committed to fostering entrepreneurship in the Hubli-Dharwad region. It was launched in the year 2009. It aims to instill the spirit of entrepreneurship through networking; mentoring and lecturing. It aims to focus on instigating the second generation entrepreneurs to innovate and spill unique business ideas in to the business. It also intends to create an entrepreneurial environment in the region. .
